Fredon School is experiencing a power outage resulting in no running water or electricity. Therefore, we are closing today between 9:30 - 9:45. If you are picking up please arrive at the side door at 9:30 and use the daily sign out.

We have been seeing a significant amount of illness related absences and students being sent home. The causes have ranged from a common cold to Flu, COVID, stomach bugs, and RSV. Please give your kids a friendly reminder to take extra care in things like hand washing, and coughing into their elbow, not their hands, to limit the spread of germs. Please keep your children home if they are sick. Thank you!

Unfortunately, we have a significant portion of our students and staff who have been out of school due to illness. This has had the impact of both reducing the number of students available to perform and also limiting the ability to conduct rehearsals. For that reason, we are unfortunately going to postpone our winter concert, which was originally scheduled to take place tomorrow night (12/6). We are working to get a date here in the next couple of weeks, hopefully, before winter break but there are a couple of details that still need to be worked out. More information will be shared in the next few days regarding our rescheduled concert date and time. Thank you for your understanding and I apologize for the unfortunate news.
