We had our first Den Rally of the year! Our theme is "You've Got A Friend In Me". We met our Buddies. We danced, sang, learned about a new math challenge, heard about Student Council and Be The Voice and learned about Halloween safety from Trooper Struyk. It was so much fun!
Tomorrow we will be counting the number of socks we've collected to help our community at the den rally! It's not too late to send in your sock donations for Socktober. Donations will be delivered to Benny's Bodega. Thank you for your support! 🧦❤️🧦

Sixth graders participated in the Youth Empowerment Summit at Sussex County Technical School. This year’s theme was “Never Underestimate the Power of One.” The keynote speaker this year was songwriter Jared Campbell. Jared’s songs focus on overcoming obstacles, respect, leadership, and having an amazing outlook on life. Through songs, presentations, and activities, students learned the leadership skills and techniques to make their school safe and inclusive. Thank you to the Center for Prevention and Counseling for providing such a powerful event for our students.
