It is with great pride that The Fredon School District announces Gwen Kappler as our 2024-2025 Superintendent’s Roundtable Student Award Recipient.
Gwen is always polite toward school staff and always willing to help when needed. She will assist her peers as well as being a great role model for the younger children she gets to work with them as a reading buddy.
Gwen is clearly a leader at Fredon School. She is a strong student, both academically and socially. Gwen maintains a strong academic record. She has determination, perseverance and often thinks outside of the box. Beyond her own academic achievements, Gwen can also be seen regularly supporting and assisting her classmates. She has proven herself to be a self-motivated class leader and truly dedicated to anything she sets her mind to.
Gwen’s positive attitude is evident and she clearly enjoys school. Whether it’s being a bus buddy, or just passing in the hallways, she is always demonstrating her leadership qualities, as well as her ability to serve as a positive role model for the younger students here at Fredon.
She has left a lasting impact on the Fredon School and all of the staff and students who have had the pleasure of being around her. She is an outstanding example of the type of student Fredon School is proud to call our own.
